IMPORTANT NOTICE: **Hair Extensions** I truly appreciate your interest in my Head Spa services. At this time, I am unable to accommodate clients who currently have hair extensions installed. This is to ensure the best possible results and to maintain the integrity of both your extensions and the treatments provided. Thank you for your understanding and support! POLICY Every new scalp care client is required to have a 15-minute consultation and analysis before their first treatment. This initial session is designed to assess the client’s scalp health, discuss any concerns, and recommend the most suitable services based on their needs. The consultation ensures that the client receives the best possible care and allows time for any necessary adjustments to their treatment plan. Any returning scalp care client requires a 5-minute scalp analysis before service starts to assess for any abrasions or injury to the scalp. Minor Client Policy (Under 18 years of age) Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their appointment. A parent or guardian must also provide written consent before any service is performed. Some services may have additional age restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse services if these requirements are not met. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments for services exceeding $100.
